This means that anyone can create a group or convert their existing club into a group.
Which leads me on nicely to the fact that this is what I've done to flashers. I've put in the application to convert it a Super Group. Hopefully this won't take too long so I can quickly assign roles to a few people and then we can really get the ball rolling again.
I'll update everyone once it's converted. No doubt I'll make a poll
